One interesting thing I learned from the research process is that it is very important that you have a specific question or viewpoint when looking for sources because this helps you find sources that are only about your detailed topic. If you go into the research with a broad popular topic there will be no detail and way too many different viewpoints. I learned that during the writing process breaking my writing down into sections can sometimes help tremendously because it helps me slow down a little and be more detailed and have better sentence structure. The main thing I learned about my inquiry question is that it was way to broad and original at the beginning of my research so I had to think of a specific question that targeted thorough viewpoints on my topic. One thing I learned about myself is I tend to get going to fast when writing or typing a writing assignment. I have so many thoughts running through my head and I sometimes write them all down to quickly to let them make sense. Reminding myself to slow down and sometimes breaking my writing down into sections helped with that problem.

1. I feel that for my topic "Athletes and Being Healthy" my audience would be people that are active or who play sports or did play sports, anywhere from young to athletes to professional athletes to Olympic athletes. Also people that exercise seriously would be part of my audience. I think my topic is timely because there are so many different view points of being healthy as an athlete, whether its mentally, physically, or emotionally. Their are also so many little topics inside of my big topic that can be brought up when discussing being healthy as an athlete, for instance injury, supplements, and workout routines. I am invested in this topic because sports have always been a huge part of my life whether I"m playing them or watching them. I think college teachers care more because they know if we care about our writing we will produce better work.2. Yes I am seeing multiple view points. A couple examples are the view point where one would be looking at the physical aspect of being a healthy athlete as in what they eat or what supplements they take instead of looking at if there injured or not physically, and looking at if they are mentally healthy while playing for insance if any emotional problems or stress are affecting their health while playing.
3. I have learned that you need to have a detailed idea of what you are researching because if you have too broad of a topic you will be stunned by all of the information you find that doesn't relate to your main question.

1. The most interesting source I have found so far is a website that talks about how many medicines in our bathroom cabinets are more dangerous than steroids. It explains that the main steroid, testosterone, is used world wide by doctors to help patients feel better and slow down the aging process when used at the right dosage. The title for this article is Steroids for Health, and the author is Cy Wilson. It is interesting because it explains that steroids should not be viewed in the same category as crack, cocaine, meth and other drugs because steroids can be healthy in the right ways and are virtually impossible to overdose on. The article explains that we should be aware that the drug Aspirin is potentially dangerous and could cause death and how politicians are doing their best to ban the drug.
2. My topic hasn't changed any but my question has. I am still not sure if I will be able to find enough information about how steroids can be healthy and help people or if I will be able to find enough medical proof that this is true. Narrowing my research will help me find more details about my topic and answer my overall topic question.
3. A challenge I am facing is finding enough information that is fact and not opinion, information that has been proved by doctors and professional trainers who have used steroids themselves.
